I just got my first stardusts about a week ago. They are higher ohm than from what I normally use (boge 2.0 and resurrector cartos) so the vapor is a bit cooler than what I would like. In answer to your questions, no leaking at all, no dry funky plastic tasting hits. I tip mine upside down every once in awhile and they vape great. I have filled one 3 times so far.

Haven't had any cracks yet but use caution with juices known to crack tanks and such (cinnamon). The only other thing I notice is the flavor is a bit more muted compared to my boge/resurrector cartos but not by a whole heck of a lot. There's quite a long thread over on the Gotvapes forum with feedback for the Stardusts as well you may wanna check out.

I've been using my ego vision since last Thursday and love it! I was having issues with regular carto's and tanks so just went back to fillling and topping off my boges. There is a couple video's on youtube that show you how to clean and "rebuild" the wick and coil

I haven't tried this yet am gonna wait until it "dies" on me lol. I have rinsed it dry once though. I'm hoping one lasts me a few weeks!

I've been using one for over a week now, and yes the resistance is a little high (esp if you plan to use it on an eGo bat). Never fear tho' LR's are on their way. Vendors should have them soon. Mine measures right at 3ohms, and comes alive @ about 4.2v
The one glaring shortcoming is the press fit of the tank onto the base. Threads at the bottom of the tank like the threads for the drip tip would make these the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Ordered and received some last week from gotvapes and some LR ones from litecigusa. These things are all in all great. CE2's are my favorite and these make them better. I will say though that even the LR ones don't vape as warm on a standard EGO. I'm using mine on a VV and they are phenomenal. I do believe the LR has a smaller coil. They seem to 'break in' easier. I have cleaned the already after vaping numerous tank fills and they still work. These to me are one of the highlights of the e-cig revolution. As I stated earlier I just wais they were a bit warmer (CE2 Warm) on an ego.

Finest carto I have ever used.

If anyone is in the market for a eGo battery to use with these, I highly recommend this one: eGo-T LCD 1100mah Battery - Smoke Anywhere For Penny's, LLC Store

Unlike some batteries, this one does not give a stiff draw, runs at 3.8v-4.2v, and last for 500-600 puffs. Yes it has a hit counter, and charge indicator. In short, it works so well with these carto's, I have been using them in place of my vv mod as of late.

Of note: This battery does not work with LR carto's below 1.7ohms. And, it is rather long. I did try a 650mah version from a different vendor, but the threading and center pin are different and do not work, nor are as well made as the 1100 mah I linked.

My opinion is that the CE4+/stardusts have a few more rounds of evolution to go through before they are truly ready to replace my CE2s. The CE2s went through the same type of deal and I expect the CE4+s to travel the exact same path. I only ordered two of the latest batch, I was initially impressed, but some of the issues started to come through. A) They cost about $7ish a piece B) Have tendency to develop cracks C) Do not come apart as easy as others D) Can exhibit burnt taste. A good bit of these symptoms only happen on some units, but at $7ish a piece thats a gamble I am not willing to take considering I can get a pack of 5 CE2s for $9 bucks, and if one is faulty, who cares, toss it. The CE4+s do a lot of things right, they are just too much of a mixed bag now. When they perfect the manufacturing I can see myself moving to those full time. Until them, its just me and my CE2s.
