Vision Spinner 400mAh amp limit?

I ordered a Vision Spinner 400mAh to use as a stealth vape. (almost every place was out of stock but I managed to order one from theEcig.com.) I've heard conflicting numbers for the current limit of this battery, some say 2.5 A some say 2.0. Does anyone know for sure or know of a review that tests the amp limit?

Then again, with such a small battery capacity 2.5 A would probably drain it very quickly... (0.4 Ah / 2.5 A = 0.16 h or 9.6 minutes of vapor? is that correct?)

For stealth vaping, I use those standard little 310 pencil looking batteries (in white, or with white tape wrapped around them) with a white cartomizer on them. I can stick the tip of it into a soda cup and make it look like I'm sucking on a straw stuck in a soda. I do this all the time while walking around in public vaping or while at the theater. I also use a PG only juice in them to minimize vapor.

Excellent idea, I may give that a try if my spinner doesn't work out. My goal is to have something around this size (IGO-S dripper) so i'll be able to cover the whole thing in my hand. I realize the spinner will be a bit longer than this, but I have big hands
