Vision Spinner: Battery light Flashing . >? (not charging)

Hi all,

i've got a vision spinner 1100 mah, that is not charging.. - the light on the battery itself is flashing .. (off briefly every two seconds)

the light on the charger, however is completely green, as if it had completed charging…
but the battery is completely dead.

now, i read that other thread on this issue; and the general consensus seemed that juice got in the battery, but i haven't used it on any clearomizers yet….

i don't know what to do…. as the useless company i bought it from.. - suggest pin lift for everything.
so i can't return it even though it's in warranty.. -> they say try the pin lift first, and then that voids your warranty; see ya.

they said that was the problem with my other 3 vision batteries… but i went into the shop and it turns out they had a DUD shipment of chargers they sold accidentally - putting out only 100mah….. (why they failed to tell me this over a two week period of me contacting them via phone and email, a Lot…. i really don't know..)

My other batteries are now charging properly, due to me receiving the correct chargers.
But this one with the flashing white light on the battery… just seems broken to me.
*there is no chance of juice being in it..
*its set at 4.2v (tried other vs too)
so that just leaves 'Pin lift'….. or refund.

but of course, no replacement without pin lift voiding my warranty.
(ffffing ridiculous)


so, what do you reckon i should do..

If you have other batteries - return for a refund. Use refund to buy a new one that has proper function.

I have to ask though - if there has never been a clearomizer or juice in some vessel to attach to the battery (everything can leak) how was it tested for function?

We could help troubleshoot a little more, but we would need specific details. What is the topper, if you put a working topper on the battery and use the 5 click on feature - what happens specifically (flashes 3 times no firing, fires weak, etc), When using the new charger does the light stay red for a while as it charges and convert to green as it does on your other batteries?

it arrived with zero charge, the battery light wouldn't come on with the 5 click feature..
my other batteries can 5 click on without being attached to a clearomiser.

and when i put it on charge the charger goes straight to a full green, it doesn't flash red or anything.
but the battery light flashes instead...

i really don't know what's up with it..
i think your right about the refund.

I would get a refund instead of troubleshoot it.

I had the same trouble with my spinner. When attempting to charge there was no light going on, on the battery. I sent it back.

Mine was charging but with no light, how was I to know when it was done charging.
