Vision Spinner quit spinning!

I have only been vaping for about 2 months now, and I love it! Fell into it accidentally trying to be considerate of a non-smoker on a long road trip. Anyway, I have a new Vision spinner battery that has stopped spinning! it just appears that the spinner has locked up. It still fires fine... gives a good hit, etc... Haven't tried charging yet... only happened yesterday. Haven't dropped it or anything. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Going back to the brick&mortar store where I bought it today to see if they have any ideas or will replace it.

Maybe it got cocked/crooked. Try tapping it gently on a smooth hard surface. On the bottom.

Is the bottom locked or will it just not change voltage?

I think that going back to the b&m is the best option.

i never liked the vision spinners, the Joye Ego Twists are where its at.

Thanks for the feedback... greatly appreciated! Took it back to the B&M where we bought it and they were able to un-jam it. Seems to work fine now. I think it somehow got cocked off-kilter a little bit like r77r7r thought.
