vision stone v3 just burned me

I've only had this tank about 5 days and have only run it on an epower 18650.

Twice today I've taken a toot, only to have the tank make a strong pop noise & a drop of very hot liquid shot about three inches from the mouthpiece and burning my nose! The juice is 50/50 PG/VG.

Anybody have a suggestion or am I out the cost of the tank?

Mine shot hot lava onto my tongue. There is a fix thread for this somewhere.
The bottom seal on mine was not sitting properly and was cut, it leaked into the battery connector. It either was too gurgly or a dry hit and juice fills up below the tip.
So, i took out the innards and bottom seal and put in a rewired ce2 with its seal. Then I took out the ceramic cup plastic cover and put on the black one from the ce2 over top a condom that I cut. This part is per the fix.
It works a whole lot better now and I am actually enjoying it. Still wants to gurgle now and then, but gives a great hit when it works. Do a search for the fix and it is well worth it.
