Ok, I have a question. GotVapes sells the V2.5 and Health Cabin sells a V3. What I want to know is are they actually the same model or not? I believe they might be, but if not and I order the wrong atty replacements I am gonna be out some money. Anyone know for sure. Health cabin has blister of 5 for $8 USD, and it would be twice that much buying from Gotvapes. Thanks in advance.

yeah I love the Nova. I just am trying to be sure that their V3 heads are the same as the V2.5 heads on the Gotvapes Nova tank. I am not getting much help from Gotvapes people so I just also posted this in the healthcabin forum, too. Seems like all the vendors should be using the same v. number for the same device. But I guess that would be too easy. LOL

You know I have come to find out that HealthCabin has a much better customer service experience than GotVapes. I put messages in both their forums and on GotVapes I kept getting the run around and suggestions that the v3 are knockoffs. Whereas in the healthcabin forum their first post was to PM the competitor's link so that they could verify if they were compatible. Just an FYI to people out there. I will post and update when I hear more from HealthCabin.

The v3 is NOT a knock off, it's the colored, plastic version of the clear v2.5... that's the only difference between em. They use the same attys, metal caps and bases. I'm not sure if the plastic is a polyp/polyc mix or just polyc. I've heard cinnamon, straight banana and citrus flavors can damage the plastic tanks so I'm running my own lil experiment. (I am currently vaping Virgin Vapor's Red Hot Cinnamon in my red tinted v3 vivi nova. I purchased a solid metal tank as well, so if they plastic one gets damaged, I have a back up. I bought these tubes, additional 2.4 ohm attys, and 2 STV novas (the metal tube with the plastic window) at Vapor Alley.

Originally, the metal base was not in stock, so I waited to complete my order. I received an email from Rick that night asking if I needed any assistance. When I wrote back about the base, he replied right away that he just got some stock in and will check the inventory. The next morning, I received an email with an attached link to the base's page on the VA site with updated inventory numbers. I placed my order, received a shipping notification the next day AND received my order a day earlier than expected. Rick's tubes are a whooping 15 cents more than other sites, but with the stellar response and delivery (it helps that he's on the east coast and closer to me than he might be to some), it is well worth it. The extra $ 3 I spent if I split the order with VA and some other supplier might not have gotten me all the items on the same day. What's the use of having a new tube and parts and no attys? Just MHO.

Happy vaping!

yeah, I was able to confirm that the v2.5 and v3 are the same if you are getting them from an authorized dealer. Disregard the v# on the vision site, though. As neither dealer is using the v# as it appears there. Also still have to say the customer care I got from Health cabin on this was top noch, and from GotVapes was very very sub-par. Was more like I had a knock off and not, how can we be sure. Health cabin simply said PM me the other guys link, checked it out, and PMed me back saying yup they are the same. So just a heads up on this level of care difference. I will still get things from GotVapes when I must for quicker shipment times. But for cost and customer service I will be back to Health Cabin all day long.

Hi Floridanoob,
I bought some v3 heads from Hoosiers ecigs, and they work on on my v2 or v2.5 (can't remember which I have) Vision vivi novas. I emailed before ordering the heads and asked if they would work ok - he said they should. They do.
Health Cabin sell the genuine Vision stuff - I've also bought some vivi nova heads from them - just can't remember which ones now as I have lots of 'em. But yes, the v3 heads work with my novas.

    No you can't
Get the V3 version same price why not get the newer one!

I ordered back in Dec from myfreedomsmokes on sale mini $7.95 and and reg $8.95 tanks both were version 3. I remember one reason I wanted V3 was the site claim the plastic tank was improved more durable less prone to cracking and discoloring. So far both tanks look and work like I got them. Went back to site just now and this claim is not posted now. I'v used menthol, cherry, RY4, orange with no issues. If you order coils don't order to many because you wwill most likely start making your own cost much less. Order wire on ebay 100ft about $10.00 and for wicks I'm useing cotton squares from CVS $ 3.25 enough to last years. Cut about 1/8 to 1/4 inch roll in palm of hand with light presure.
