Vision vs SmokeTech Vivi Nova heads

I purchased an Ego C Twist kit with 2 Vivi Nova's and an opted for the additional 5 replacement heads. The Vivi's appear to be Vision VV's and the attatched heads it came with also look to be Vision vv heads. However...
The 5 additional replcmnt heads appear to be "SmokeTech" heads with cones on the tips, whereas the Vision vv heads are flat..AND shorter.
So, being the NON engineering type, I simply removed the metal cone so it would fit, sort of...the tops now do not fully tighten down completely, and vaper production has become inconsistant. Any recommendations?

If you ordered all the stuff from one Vendor, you need to contact them.
One of the problems faced by all us "clearo" users is knowing which make you have for the replaceable heads, because they are not universal.

I did exactly that. They even list both on their site, yet packed the wrong ones. They've yet to reply. They were a LOT quicker when I placed the order! :-//

Always the way...

I emailed one vendor every other day for 2 weeks to complain about an issue, it never got addressed.
I then posted my complaint on a forum....and "bingo" (d'you say that?) instant email, replacement and apology.

I'll give 'em another day, then post thier name if there's still no response.
In lookin thier site over, they claim the knockoff heads are compatable...dont see how with a big ol cone stickin up above a taller cap...we'll see how/if they respond.

The ones with the cone are for the vision clearomizer. You are correct the Vivi Nova has a flat top. They are not interchangeable.
