Ok, so I've moved to the Viva Nova since Boge ruined their product. I like it, but the biggest issue is the juice I keep getting in my mouth. It's really bad, much worse than any other method I've ever used. It doesn't matter how full the tank is. If I tip the tank, which you pretty much have to at least every so often, eventually I get a gush of juice in my mouth. This is horrible.

The other issue is flooding of the center tube with liquid every so often. I'm not sure why this is happening. It seems to happen more with my second Nova I just got, then the first. I know the atty head is on tight so some how the atty is leaking.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry i didn't see your post first. I just posted a possible cause which I just tried and so far so good. In the mouth piece is a extendable tube that once you screw on the top and mouthpiece is on firmly look down the center. I used a q tip to push it down. It fits the top silicone cap to help seal it (I would assume?). Hope this helps:toast:.

I've noticed that you don't have to turn or flip the vivi's nearly the same amount as my old cartos or even my v3 Stardusts.

Mine only do it when it's been laying on it's side for a long time, and the atomizer head is flooded.
I always burn it for a second or two before putting to my mouth and inhaling.
Hope this helps.

i had a different comment in the thread you started, but after further review, i think you might be onto something. i just pushed mine back down and im liking it so far. although i never really had a problem before, maybe this will prevent a furure problem :)

My first one, I never had an issue like that at all. But, I just recently bought 2 more and had a devil of a time with what you are describing. I finally syringed out all the juice and took the whole thing apart, washed and reassembled them and haven't had a problem since. I don't know exactly what the issue was before, other than I noticed a tiny sliver/thread of plastic fraying off of the threads, so I pulled that off before reassembly. I never noticed the tube described by another poster. I will have to examine mine. I also may not have been pushing the drip tip in as far as needed.

Well what do you know, I just read the other post regarding the little tube thing inside the original Vivi drip tip. I was reading it and thinking to myself what the heck are they talking about ? So I dug up my original drip tips that came with the Novas. I have 3 and found 3 very different drip tips among all the cheap drip tips that came with things. Only 1 of these had the little extension tube. I popped on the Vivi Nova I have going right now and wouldnt you know it really makes a difference. Not necessarily in vaping quality but that it does create a more direct contact with the silicone seal on top of the head and does keep juice where its supposed to be.

I dont much like the Vivi Nova drip tip so I slipped it out and put it in the space coming out of the top of the top end cap and put my preferred drip tip and it still works. Funny only 1 of the 3 novas I have came with the little inner seal on the drip tip. Funny how the quality control is so inconsistant( not really funny, actually its almost expected with the mass quantities coming out of the factories) Im going to treasure the little tube and be on the lookout for any little tubing that I can use on the other Vivi Novas.

What an eye. I never would have discovered this. Im usually so observant.
