That's a V2. The V2s do come with short wicks and work a lot better than you might think they would. I ordered a V2.5 that shipped today and I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to cut the wick short if it gives me the slightest trouble.
The V2.5s were specially made by request for Gotvapes. The wicks and the "crack resistant" plastic is the only difference, AFAIK. I have heard they put the air hole back in the knurled base, but I'm not sure about that. I hope not. That's what fixed the airy draw of the V1. If it's true, I hope it's been resized or something. I'll know in a few days.
