Hi guys and gals! I recently got a Vivi Nova, my first, based mostly on the glowing reviews everybody seems to give on this board and quite frankly I am sorely disappointed. Mine floods like crazy. Never a really solid vape and mostly just gurgley half hits. Got any ideas what might be wrong? At this point I have canceled any pending orders I had for them.

Sounds to me like you are getting liquid into the center stem.

I absolutely LOVE my Vivi Nova's - tried many different delivery systems but always come back to these. My all-day device.

Just make sure after you fill it you place a tissue at the connector end and firmly blow through the drip tip until there is no liquid coming through. Also - when attaching the top make sure the rubber seal around the center hole lines up propperly. Otherwise just hold it in place with a slim object as you screw the top to the tank.

I have NEVER had any problems with these.

Much easier and cleaner than most other systems and heaps of TH and Vapor!

I found filling them to this point removed the issues like what you have now

Sorry to many things and i am trying to multi task (and failing)

If you are filling them to the point in the first picture then it will flood the atomizer and sadly will leak, if you fill it to the point in the second picture as buggs and alegria said (which is to the bottom of the white silicon) then that should remove the gurgling and leaking issue. The same holds true for any CE should you want to try those.

I had one leak like a sieve and it was filled past the top of the metal post you screw the head into. Fill like the picture WolfeReign posted above. I stop mine just a hair below that in the bottom picture. Only time I have any issues since then is if I've used a heavy liquid for awhile. Then I just clean the head in hot water, let it dry for about 24 hours and then it's good to go again.:D

I had a problem with one of mine when I replaced the head. For some reason when I screwed in the top cap securely it pinched down on the plastic grommet and forced half of the grommet inside the hole, making space for liquid to get through into the mouthpiece. Take your tip out and see if there appears to be a seal around the top cap and the plastic grommet. I just replaced the grommet with the one from my old head and all was fine again.
