Vivi Nova rebuid question (how many strands of wick??)

I am starting to rebuild the Vivi nova and got 32 kanthal and coming in the mail 2.5 mm Silica Wick.How many strands of wick do I need with 2.5 mm (nova)?? And how much for a Kanger T3??

Ok, my rebuild experience only comes with the bamboo wick, but I stuck with 3 strands. I guess you can go more or less (more is better) but if the wick you have can "unwind" or unstrand to the component thread, start with 3 and go from there. Like, the wick is very thin, you dig?
