I'm not a huge of the carto's that my PV came with because i can't see how much liquid I have left, causing me to either vape it too dry or refill it too early.

I did some looking around and the best choices for what I want are a normal clearomizer or a vivi nova. They both are clear like I want, don't have to deal with purchasing so many carts like a carto tank, and seem to be more versatile (easier to switch flavors).

Which would you all suggest to me(preferable with a reason lol)?

P.S. if there's a better option out there I'd love to hear about it

I've vaped CE4's, CE5's and VN's. Between them I prefer the VN's, both large and small sizes. Just best all around performance. I buy Vision products only.

What about them performed better?

I've only ever used the cartos that came with my 510 so as much as I've researched I'm still rather in the dark about these. I want to experiment but I'm hesitant to spend the $ and hate what i get.

First, there are a lot of different clearomizers out there. I've used about half a dozen different ones. I found 1 only that I really liked. I have three VN's from the same supplier, 2 big and 1 small. All the VN's worked right away with no issues. They give me better vapor production than the clearos and maybe a bit better flavor. The heads also last a l;ong time and they do not need cleaning as often as the clearos.

OH! so basically it being on the bottom in the protank eliminates a lot of the need to hold it horizontally from time to time?

Yes... but you'll be cursed to forever trying to stand your devices upright. I got one of these to combat that problem. I keep a Vivi Nova, a CE5 and a Dual Coil cart just for out and about purposes. Bottom coils do NOT like to be shaken around.

I use them all. My favorites are: T3/Tabac BCC, baby T3, eVod and T2 (top coil).

I don't like long wicks, I don't like the look. I think bottom coils wick better, but top coils provide a bit tighter, warmer vape. Try one of each and decide for yourself. There really is no other way. There is no perfect PV for everyone. Whatever works for you is good!

    Good luck.

I have not used a Protabk, but that is almost certainly true.

Protank is basically a glass T3--but it's not eGo-threaded, its diameter is wider than eGo diameter. It's often used on eGo batteries with a thread cover which helps support the weight and girth of the Protank.

The cover certainly makes it more streamlined on an eGo, but the Protank is really heavy. I tried it on my Twist and it felt like a mace.
