i trying to rebuild vivi nova coil.

if i wrap the wire more the resistance will get higher? i have tried 5/4.

i using kanthal a-1 32AWG and silica wicks.

If I'm reading your question correctly, yes... more wraps equate to higher resistance.

yes more wrap == higher resistance, hence you should use a multimeter to measure

3-4ohms diff with one wrap, impossible with 32gauge kanthal sia

Your wires are making contact with the body. That will result in the higher reading. Re-do the wrap and make sure they are straight down and away from the side walls

If the center 5/4 wrap wire touched the side will it causes higher resistance too? I mean the wraps not the two wire pointing out that touch the inner wall of the body.

Yup. Keep the wraps clear from the sides too.

you use resistant + non resistant cable to build ? or just resistance.

you may have gotten a loose connection or a not so stable one, that is why resistance is high.

coil become so black, have to recoil.
wick start tearing apart, have to reroll.

washing rba no joke, can lose the nuts or small o-rings

which why i always plug up the basin drain hole b4 washing
so scared of the nut going down

my wick went down in b4, and i have to open the filter to retrieve.
it looks gross and i throw my wick away.

I do it (dismantling) over a bowl. Leave the nuts and whatever small parts in it.
Then wash the bigger parts over basin.

Dropped a screw once, hard time looking for it on the FLOOR!

I have lost many but my case a fried of mine got me the spare nuts n screws....But it's good to invest on a ultra sonic cleaner.
Just dismantle n drop in the cleaner after 20 minutes should be clean
