Wow. Outstanding service.
I recieved a private SS V2 clone from them. After the post office decided to take 8 days to deliver a priority 2day package. I'll let you guess my disapointment when I un box it to find the mech unlocked and the button all the way in.
After a few emails they are fixing the problem. Outstanding service. I will be ordering from them again NO hesitation.
I've been in customer service for my whole working life. Its not hard however wanting to make things right no matter if its your fault or not can not be taught.
