I found them through some liquid reviews here on ecf 5-6 months ago, at that time I haven't seen most supplies that i've used give you the option for your pg/vg mix. Not only can you specify your mix but you can also double or triple flavor as well as add menthol to anything. This was a huge plus for me in finding my favorite blend of vg/pg. That said, my first order was Butterscotch triple flavor and be warned, try normal flavor before double/triple. That was my only somewhat bad experience and even then it wasn't really bad and it was my own fault!
Just so happens that i'm an eGo-T user too so it is very convenient for me that I can get my tanks,atomizers (they sell type a and b, both in LR or normal as well as authentic joyetech and offbrand), juice and even spare batteries. Outside of liquid they have a limited selection of atomizers/batteries but everything is quality.
Customer service has always been a very fast and pleasant experience, there have been 2 occasions where they ran out of black type b atties and both times i've recieved an email within 30 minutes asking if i'd accept a different color in it's place while listing what they have.
Shipping has always been 3 days exactly, every single time with the exception of third day falling on a sunday or a holiday. Mind you they are based in Texas and also offer a local pickup at no cost, I am in Pennsylvania... Quite a distance.
What brings me to this review today is that a few days ago I was in a pinch, burnt out two atties and just placed an order earlier that day for a kit to get my gf started as monday was her birthday and I thought this would be a great gift. I placed an order for more atomizers that evening and to my surprise they managed to pull through and got them to me faster than usual!
