Vixen Vapors was the place where I ordered my first e-juice when I started vaping in mid-May of this year. The shipment basically got destroyed by USPS in transit and I got an empty package. I thought I had just lost 15.00 dollars. But, I called them and explained the situation to them and they basically shipped out a replacement order the next day. Ever since then the majority of my juice business went to them. Not only do they ship out orders quickly, even on a Saturday, but I really love the service they give to their customers. The selection is extensive (in my opinion), and really love the customization (PG/VG ration, nic level, bottle size), though I wish they had more nic level options, but that's just a personal preference. And their prices are just right for my pocket book.
Also, just got a birthday coupon from them, which was a really nice surprise, and shows that they are very committed to their customers. Great customer service, very nice people, great products, and appreciation for customers. I really don't know what else I can say about them except this: Thank you Vixen Vapors for making the start of my vaping experience a really good one!
