so I am getting a vmod 2.0 but also want so extra cartos and attys to go with it. im not sure I want to buy the vapage brand unless they are the best all around price, flavor and most of all long lasting. so what cartos and attys do you guys recommend for the vmod 2.0? thanks

I never use cartos on my Vmods. As for atties, the Vapage AMG slant-coil ones are indeed wonderful: very little break-in, great flavor and vapor, and long-lasting. I watch Vapage for sales; at 40 or 50% off they're a real bargain. I have ten or so on hand from the last sale.
Note: the way these are designed with the slits around the bottom makes them very airy when dripping on anything but a Vmod (the Vmod has a gasket that locks down over the atty and tightens up the draw). However, if you mount them with a 510-to-510 adapter and use a drip shield, the draw is very nice, not unlike that of a 901 atty.

I have a couple of the Vmod XLs and one of the Vmod 2 "minis". Love 'em all. The XLs are my main vape, but I love the little guy when I'm away from the house.
My favorite atomizer is the Vapage pro spec AMG hybrid slant coils. You'll get one in 2ohm with your kit (regardless if it's the premium or the a la carte). I get them all the time, and once you get the hang of 'em...they are amazing. Best way to approach the Vmod is "don't over think, over tilt, and don't over squonk!". Vmod is so easy it can confuse some people (myself included). I would heartily recommend the Vapage AMG pro spec slant coils. The prices are competitive with any higher end atomizer. You CAN use a Joyetech 510 atty or other cheaper atmozers, but the quality of vape will not be quite as good. IMHO.
I'm going to try the Cisco Spec 2 ohm bridgeless atomizers...to see how I like them and if I want them for back up. It pays to have back ups, you know! They cost about the same as the Vapage atties.
The Silo cartomizers are really amazingly good for cartomizers...but yes, a little high priced. You can get along fine with a smok brand super shorty cartomizer (in your chosen ohm) that are available at Madvapes and at Discount vapers.
You can always use Boge, Kanger or other regular cartomizer on the Vmod, too. I dont' like them as much as the Vapage Silos or the Super Shorties...but that's me. Many people swear by the Boge or the Kanger (in particular).

I use the Vapage hybrid attys and the Smoketek 1.7 ohm shorty cartos in my Vmod.
I have used pretty much every atty I could find for my VmodXL. I keep coming back to the Vapage brand 1.5's. They perform great and last quite awhile. They stand up well to cleaning with vodka and/or PGA as well.
I've only used the vapage hybrid atty with my Vmod too. Read all the reviews first about other attys and came to realise that I'd be better off paying extra for the "rolls royce" of attys, than the cheaper generic ones. I've not been disappointed so far. Plus buying the attys when a 50% sale is on does help
