Vapage just had the 2 for 1 price sale a month ago. I was lucky enough to catch that deal. Just wish I had of ordered the XL version as these small batteries don't last long. I'm hoping to catch the 50% off sale soon as I believe the last one they had was a while ago.

Nuts! Missed the 50% code -- I was only aware of the 20% one, which I used last week for a Vmod XL and some supplies. I just tried to use the 50% code this morning to perhaps get another Vmod, but it says it's no longer valid. Oh well, there's always next time. (When it comes to buying vaping supplies there's ALWAYS a next time for me...)

Just a word of warning on VMod (at least with the XL). The bottles are extremely flimzy. Yesterday, my second bottle developed a crack along the seem, and dumped the juice in my lap.

Been there and done it!! After going through a few you learn to ease up on that squeeze and do more of a gravity feed........
Congrats on ordering an XL... I think you will find it to be a good choice. It is a very good vape. You might want to keep in mind that you can also put a kick in the XL as well, since you are used to a VW type of device. There are a few examples out there as to how to kick an XL. You might also want to check out the big XL review thread as well for some tips on use. Here's the link....

Thanks muzichead - it will take a while to arrive so I have some reading to do in the meantime. Ordered some extra bottles so I have replacements too. Not sure if I'll kick it -I think at first I will just experiment with the whole gravity feed thing. With the discount it was worth buying for the experiment I think. I like the general form factor too - looks hand friendly.
May i ask what is the need of putting a kick to the vmod xl? I mean, what is the use of doing that? Isn't it "satisfactory" out of the box? I've read pretty good about the box but I really don't like experimenting with products. The reason I'm asking these questions is that if it is not a satisfactory solution, why not go for a variable voltage or higher voltage PV?
