I have called a few time and left a voicemail and cant seem to get any response. Does any body have a better way to get ahold of volcano regarding warranty my lavatube is not working properly at all.
I contacted them through their email. You can also join their forum and speak to someone about your issue. All this should be able to be found on their website.
For best results use their ticket system. Sign in to your account and click on " Help desk" on the right hand side of the Dashboard page. There you can open a ticket.
