I wanted to make sure I did a big enough test to get quality results on these guys before posting a review, because unlike a device they can change from one to the next.

My test involved about 8 months and 20 atomizers from Volcano, mostly the standard resistance Magma and LR Inferno. I also bought a couple LR 306's but at the time they were carrying Cisco 306's and of course they worked great, I think this has changed but I haven't ordered since then.

First off the first impression of these is good as they look like they are built with good quality. They have standard 510 threading but they have a slightly larger diameter on the sleeve which will cause standard drip tips and carts not fit well unless they have a very thick o-ring. I will break this down to three focus points so it will be easier to skim over.

Quality - They aren't the greatest by any stretch of the imagination. My last batch had more DoA or dead within 3 days than it did live ones which for me was a first. They also seem to rust on the small ring inside the atomizer that covers the mesh outside the catch cup. This was shocking to me as I take really good care of them and I can only imagine that vaping rust particles doesn't sound healthy. They have a nice finish on the outside of the sleeve that holds up for a decent amount of time before flaking off. The bridge is of nice design and they wick the juice fairly well although slightly different depending on the type you get.

Performance - If you get a working one they do perform well for the first week or so. It seems like these guys are throw away once they start getting a tight draw and reduced vapor production. I usually clean my atomizers pro-actively but it doesn't help and has actually killed quite a few of these. I did my cleaning method on half and Volcano's recommended method on the others but it didn't matter. While they are working they do provide nice amounts of vapor and good heat and I did have a few that lasted closer to a month. If they performed on par with the best ones I get out of a batch for 2-4 weeks I would be happy with them.

Price - They are cheap enough if you buy them in bulk but there are cheaper alternatives that perform better. If you buy them per piece they are on par with the cost of some of the higher end atomizers on the market which they are not even close to teh same league. The company itself is really good though and I've always had good experiences with them so I assume they will correct these if they haven't already.

In closing I won't be buying more of these as I get better luck with other atomizers in the same price range. As always with any review YMMV and I'm sure there are those that have great experiences with them.
