ordered a set of the new clearomizers from volcano 2 weeks ago and got them last Monday. Proceded to fill them with my Tasty Vapor Atomic Cinnacide liquid that I vape exclusively. within 24 hours, 2 of the clearomizers have cracked, within 36 hours, all 5 clearomizers are cracked. Apparently the cinnamon liquids cause them to crack as well as certain other liquids. Of course this was discovered after all my clearomizers are cracked. Considering I paid 17 dollars, I don't think its unreasonable asking the company to replace them with the non clear version. There certainly was no warning that the clear ones would not work with certain liquids. And the non clear ones had no problems so why would I think any different?
So to make a long story short, after going back and forth with volcano customer support, I am told that they
"Aloha Rob, I did just check with the owner of the company and he said we do not warranty or replace cartomizers or clearomizers since there is no way that we have no way to prove it was not operator error or not so we will not be able to send out replacements for the clearomizers that cracked on you. This is clearly stated on our website on the following page:

Apparently if its proven that certain juices crack the clearomizers after yours are already cracked, thats operator error and not a manufacturing defect.
I've dealt with plenty of companies since I started ecigs beginning of last year, and this one is the worst. with Rocky Mountain Vapor I got an low resistance atty that had something wrong with the wick, it was burnt no matter what. I sent them an email and didn't hear back. a month later I emailed again figuring by now they wouldn't do anything, but I got a response saying sorry they missed my email and they will send me another atty which worked perfectly.
