1st thanks to The Puck for the AA batt mod ideas.
I took a 2AA and 4AA and made a puck mod with a led meter. I like the way it holds with the smaller 2nd case. I also made a battery bridge so you can use 3 or 4 AA batteries for a sort of a quickie variable voltage. I was originally making this a bottom feeder but could not fit everything into the 2AA case so that will be the next project with smaller switch.

yeh man great job. would you mind showing a few closeups of the insides. did you say its a Variable volt? if so what regulator did you use? golden paint job.

Thanks guys......
The variable voltage was through the battery bridge. I pictured it inside the batt picture it is crude but does its job. It is just 2 batt contacts with a soldered wire connection and jb welded onto a pen cap (size worked for what I had in the house). I will be making a better bridge once I go shopping and find a good size I can mod. This bridges the 4th gap which means you can have 4 different voltages without the regulator (3.6 and 4.8 on rechargable and 4.5 and 6 on regular batts at peak V).
I realized after the post if you take out the LED you could fit a 3ml juice mod it was just I had already made a 3AA juice mod (posted somewhere here) and so went with the LED. But anyone could fit the 3ml botttle in the space.

I dont see where you mean I dont have a kill switch though unless you include the on/off switch on the 4AA case. From left to right there is the atty - status light - button switch - on/off switch with the led meter on the front. Hope that sort of anwered ur question....
