Voltage loss in unregulated mods

Is the voltage loss in a mechanical mod significantly less than in a box mod?

I understand there are fewer parts to lose power through in a mechanical, but in terms of output (assuming all the conductive parts in the box mod are of the highest quality and lowest resistance), does it make a noticeable difference?

if voltage regulation circuitry is set to put out 5 volts that's what it has to put out.

Not too the average vaper. But i guess it might make difference to the competition vaper or when using ultra low or massive builds.

Mechanical vs Box, is going to favor the tube mod by design. But a well designed and made box could easily match most mechs.

"Box mod" refers to the shape.

This is a mechanical box mod.

If the mod has wires and/or circuitry it will suffer more V loss than a full Mechanical, regardless the shape.
