Hello Folks!
I have been vaping for over 3 years now; been off the analogs for almost a year! I have spent LOTS of money on e-cig equipment including mods, different e juices, different wicking materials, tanks etc. I used to be in to the fruity flavors however those get OLD and they get old QUICK. What I have found is to keep me off of analogs I need nice creamy, lung fillings, smooth flavors that my tongue does not get tired of AKA an "all day vape." I have had three of these "all day vapes" so far, but finding these "all day vapes" has cost me lots of money.. lots of experimenting, and lots of headache (including trying juices that taste like S$#% and give you a bad headache) I want to create a dynamic thread to review vanilla flavors in detail, including pictures and variables that I smoke with. I tend to buy more premium brand juices, it's keeping me off of cigarettes and my mind off of cigarettes as well.
It might be more expensive at times however the you can not put a price on your health and well being. I have orderdered and mixed up various batches of Cappella's flavors, including thier French Vanilla V1 and V2, Vanilla Cupcake V1 and V2, Vanilla Custard V1 and V2; as well as TFA Vanilla Flavorings, McCormicks and a few others I can't think of off the top of my head. I will find out if you specifically ask me what flavorings I have tried and I will give you my 2 cents. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions and please leave suggestions of vanilla/vanilla custards/vanilla blends you would like me to try or review.
The format of my thread. The rankings do apply, so #1 is my favorite (at the respective time, and this will change; this thread is dynamic)
All of these flavors have been tested using the following. The first being my all day vape setup, keep that in mind.
Ephros kayfun Lite 3.1 single coil 26ga A1 Kanthal @ 1.2Ohms, Organic Japanese Cotton (my personal sweet spot and hands down favorite vape)
Using my Pioneer 4 U IPV from 8 watts - 15 watts (usually vape at 12watts)

Orchid V4 Dual Coil @ .8ohms 26ga A1 Kanthal Organic Japanese Cotton, Using my Pioneer 4 U IPV from 8 - 24 watts (usually vape at 18 watts with this build)

Stillaire V2 RDA @ .5ohms Dual Coil using 26ga Kanthal, Organic Japanese Cotton, Using my Pioneer 4 U IPV from 12 - 24 watts (usually vape at 18 watts with this build)

1. High Roller Sweets - Deuces Wild @ 5mg Nic 50/50 PG/VG

This is my current all day vape. What can I say about it? A lot. After binging on cigarettes on weekend last year, feeling like crap I decided to go to one of the higher end vape shops in my city, looking for a new all day vape that will keep me off of cigarettes. I enter the establishment wreaking of parliament lights and was greeted by a small, gangly looking guy with blonde dread locks, definitely a "partaker." The man looked very "partaken" and looked slightly intimidated by my deep voice and serious look in my eye (I'm not that serious
.) So I browse around, asking to sample their home made line (which tasted like purple cement chalk.) Then I see on their top shelf that they had quite a large stock of this High Roller Sweets line. At 27.99 I was like
but decided to buy it anyway, feeling guilty after smoking a whole pack in one night.. So I took it home, opened up the packaging, I had what looks like fake shredded money pour all over my lap, got my ex to clean it up, and started vaping it. WOW! Finally I found my all day vape!!!!!
I copied this description on the flavor directly from the High Roller Sweets website
The idea behind Deuces Wild was to attempt a combination of two types of Vanilla flavors. The result speaks for itself, a smooth blend of bold, full-bodied Vanilla. A definite flavor for anyone with an interest in sweet/dessert type blends.
Man o man this stuff is GREAT! This is currently one of the few juices that I even bother putting in my lungs. THIS WILL NOT DISAPPOINT.
Steeping *none, came pre-steeped, has most likely been sitting on the shelf more a month or two at least) taste amazing right out the box
Flavor 4.5/5
Packaging 4/5 comes in a cool dice shaped container and dripper, kind of messy but I don't care, I'm all about flavor then value
Price 1/5 27.99 at the store, I can buy 28 double cheeseburgers with that!
Smoothness 4/5
Amount of vapor 3/5 *personally don't care, but I know many of you do)
Throat hit 2/5 it's a very smooth flavor, I prefer a nice lung hit, however its not very harsh on the throat
Longevity 2/5 about two weeks before you have to switch to another brand so you can appreciate it more, unfortunately I got used to this flavor after two weeks and had to search for another :x however it's my default flavor, I always keep on coming back for more
2.My own personal Grants Vanilla Custard clone: 50/50 VG/PG @ 6mg nicotine

I LOVE THIS $#%^, I got two friggin' liters of it in my closet alright. Me, all my vape friends, employees etc. LOVE THIS STUFF
I stole the recipe online after searching for "the best vanilla flavor in google". This flavor is like a smack of vanilla, cream, and custardy goodness across your face. You have to try it, you can thank me later.
This is how I make it myself
50/50 VG PG (higher end stuff I got off ebay)
6MG (proportional, I have made this stuff literally in 20ML to try, and now I have it steeping in water bottles in my closet..)
Recipe:
10% Capella's Vanilla Custard V1
5% Capella's Vanilla Custard V2
5% Dulce de Leche TFA
1 drop of EP per 2 ML
Shake violently
Let breath for 48 hours (means CAP OFF in dark closet)
Steep for two weeks (shake every day or two)
enjoy
Steeping Breath for 2 days, then steep for two weeks
Flavor 4/5
Packaging 1/5 I make this in old water bottles..
Price 5/5 7$ for 500ML, now thats a deal!
Smoothness 4/5
Amount of vapor 3/5 *personally don't care, but I know many of you do)
Throat hit 3/5 a little on the smooth side, very rich and creamy
Longevity 3/5
Just and FYI I will be ordering a 100ML bottle @ 6% nic of Grants Vanilla Custard to review, and to compare with my clone
more to come, just got tired of writing for the present moment, I will be updating this thread periodically. I already have tons of other flavors, some good, some horrible that I will let you know about. I've got VaporFi's Vanilla, Steam Juice Vanilla Sky and a couple of others I will be writing about shortly.
