I think it would be good if vv/vw users were the ones responding here. Which it mostly has been. I don't find volts any more "accurate" on the Vamo than when I use watts and want to get the taste right. I don't need to switch to watts and then "fine tune with volts" either. That's unnnecessary and just complicates something that works fine by using the variable wattage option.
With vivi novas I have found the 2.8 ohm heads the best at 5- 6.5 watts. This will depend on the juice used too though. Just start at low watts and work up to where it tastes right.
Some Vamo users will go higher than that - its a combination of the delivery attachment, juice and your taste buds. I've found 2.4 ohms ok, but for me with the vivi novas 2.8 ohms has been better. By compariosn, my AGA-T+ is at 2.6 ohms and I am vaping it at 8 watts right now.

I have a mini vivi nova at 2.8 ohms and use sweet creamy juice, I have to keep mine between 6 and 6.5 watts to not have burnt taste.

Rule of thumb.. Taste and preference is depending on the person using the device. Some like it hot and others like a cooler vape. That's why they adjust. I use both a VV and also VV/VW devices at the same time. I know what to set my volts/watts at on each one to get what I'm looking for. That's why most of the VW devices offer the chance to change between the two. Trying to keep everyone happy. Bottom line is do whatever works to keep you off the analogs. :vapor:
