The lil electro mag thing on the left is chipped off a bit.

Thanks, Johnny! Just what I was hoping to hear. I've had to work the last 20-something days straight. My mind has been trashed. I'll be asking for help again since I've forgotten all I kinda had figured out in the first place!

Bit late to the party, but I'll add that the lil electro mag thing is an inductor coil. The plastic part is just keeping the coil intact.

I have a PCB from an old groove with almost the exact same chip on one of the inductors, maybe a bit worse. It has been running like a champ for a year now.
