Voopoo drag 2 refresh edition

In the directions it says press +&- together to enter functions menu. When i do that, nothing happens. I can only press the fire button 3 times to change modes, but no functions/settings menu pressing +&- like it says in the directions

Ah ok. I kinda figured that was the case when it wouldnt work, then i seen on the directions it said the same thing under TC mode. Thank you for clarifying
