Voopoo stuck in charging mode

Suddenly my voopoo top x is stick in charging mode and doesn't fire. Sometimes when I take off batteries and put back on it works for 1 drag, but goes back to the same. I can't reset it because it's always charging too and doesn't allow to reset.

How old are your batteries? Have you tried using a different set of batteries? Do you charge the batteries in the device (not recommended), or do you use an external charger?

I think you've got a Drag 3, at an educated guess.

Unfortunately I think the board in it is in the process of failing.

Using your mod to charge your batteries/cells, drops and e liquid getting into the mod can lead to mod failure.

As with most mods, the charging solution is an afterthought at best and really should be rarely used if ever.

If you haven't plugged in your mod to charge your batteries/cells, it's either liquid has got into the mod then or it's been dropped one too many times.

Is there a way to fix it, i tried pouring Alcohol into it

That won't help at all.

What may resurrect it for a while would be a full teardown and then clean the chipset/board with an ultrasonic cleaner and the correct cleaning solution, but there's no guarantee that it would work and it would take a long time.
