I don't know what could cause it to leak then. Did he ever drop it? Maybe he cracked the pod.

i will ask them later,i don't know either he ever drop it or not..can it be because of the liquid?

I guess it could be caused in by the liquid if it's high pg. I vape 70/30 vg/pg.

It definitely has leaking issue unfortunately. This is a nicely designed and put together device, except the coils. On Voopoo FB page, people recommend each other to insert the coil really hard as almost hurt your finger which actually works I believe cause the coil clicks into the pods slightly more. Also, the leg of the wire, I removed the gold plated part and snipped of the leg ever so slightly and inserted the leg in the notch of that gold plated pin. Still leaks but not like it used to do. Some also purchased spare pods and the leaking issue never happened again. IDK what causes it or common but combined with the condensation, sometime it really looks like leaking bad.

I have contacted Voopoo and they responded "buy another pod" which I did not.

Lastly, on the first page of this topic, a friend mentioned about the firmware upgrade, I have checked many times, the version is always 1.0.0.0. And there is software which only runs on Windows computers, that also 1.0.0.8 for a long time. Anybody knows where to download the FW file other than Voopoo support page and is it possible to upgrade on a Mac?
