Hello fellow vapers,
Today we’re taking a closer look at VOOPOO’s new daily use pod device, the VINCI S, the newest addition of VooPoo's VINCI series. With its minimalist design, long lasting battery, and brand new cartridge system powered by iCOSM CODE 2.0 technology, the VINCI S steps forward as a user friendly and reliable entry level pod for everyday use.
Before we start, I would like to thank VooPoo for sending the device for review and for their continuous support to the community.Unboxing & First Impressions
The VINCI S comes in VOOPOO’s refreshed yellow packaging, celebrating the brand’s 8th anniversary. Inside the box, you’ll find:
1 × VOOPOO VINCI S device
1 × 0.8Ω 4.5mL VINCI S Cartridge (pre-installed)
User Manual
The first thing you’ll notice when holding the device is its silky-smooth finish and the Luminous Palette pattern on the front, a reflective finish that gives it a distinctly premium look and feel.

Battery & Power
The VINCI S runs on a 2000 mAh battery, which completely removes the anxiety of running out of charge mid-day. While VOOPOO claims up to 3 days on heavy use and up to a week on light use, for a heavy vaper like me, getting through a full day comfortably is more than satisfying and that’s exactly what it delivers.
My only real gripe here is the 1A charging speed. For such a large capacity battery, it takes about 1 hour 45 minutes to fully charge, so you’ll want to plug it in overnight to be safe.
There are no manual power adjustments, but the device intelligently sets the optimal wattage (up to 40W) based on the coil you use.

The front LED indicator shows your battery status clearly:
Green: 100–60%
Blue: 60–30%
Red: 30–0%
Even below 30% charge, I didn’t notice any remarkable drop in performance.
Cartridge: iCOSM CODE 2.0 Technology
The new VINCI S Cartridge uses the iCOSM CODE 2.0 technology first introduced with the Argus G3 series. This system is known for its anti leak construction, "Golden Cotton" structure that lasts up to 100 mL, and maintaining clean flavor for up to 30 days.
The 4.5 mL capacity also means you won’t be refilling constantly. Refilling is simple, just open the silicone plug on the side, fill, and vape. No need to remove the cartridge. The mouthpiece is comfortable and doesn’t heat up while vaping.
The device is also compatible with Vinci E cartridges, and thanks to Vinci PnP X MTL and PnP X DTL cartridges, you can use PnP X coils as well.
A small reminder: since the device supports a minimum resistance of 0.3Ω, it will not fire the 0.2Ω and 0.15Ω PnP X coils.
I tested the device with 0.8Ω and 0.6Ω cartridges in MTL mode. I tried 0.6Ω for RDL, but for my preference the airflow wasn’t open enough. Both cartridges are more suited for MTL. I plan to try the Vinci PnP X DTL cartridge for a better RDL experience in the coming days.
