Hard to say without seeing the bottle. Have you tried contacting the supplier? Do you have a picture of the bottles your talking about?

It might be the dropper style with the dropper inside the bottle. I've only seen a few of these but you need to unscrew the cap and pull the dropper out.

I've never ordered from that vendor, so I haven't seen the bottles, but I think I know what you're talking about. The problem is that juice doesn't come out on it's own, but if it were a plastic bottle that you could squeeze it would...

My total guess at a good solution besides prying off the cap and transferring to another bottle is this:
Take a paperclip or somesuch and heat it up really hot, then poke it through the plastic cap near the edge. That will allow air to get in the air hole and liquid to go out the center hole. I think the problem is that the liquid can't get out because it's airlocked. Make a little vent hole for air, and problem solved. I think.

ETA: The other solution would be to use a syringe w/ needle or a small enough pipette/eye dropper.

It's too bad about those bottles (which are the same sort that are used for aromatherapy oils). Their juice is quite good, however. What I've done is to take a pair of tweezers and just remove the plastic insert altogether. Then replace the lid with a dropper cap. Next time you order, you can ask Eric to substitute the bottles with non child-proof ones - he will do so if you request it.

The juice will drip out, just takes a while for the first drop to form but then it's about one drop every 3 seconds.

I found that the inner part of the cap fit snugly onto the top of a 10mL dropper bottle with the dropper removed. I then simply inverted it, and set it down on a table. Takes about 10 minutes to fill up a bottle this way.

You can also just pry off the plastic cap of the bottle and pour the juice, but I find that to be kind of messy unless you're extremely careful. The drip and wait method works just fine and absolutely no risk of spillage.

I just saw one of those bottles, and the vaper using it swears by them. what he does is just turn it upside down and it sets directly over your drip tip or atty and drips very evenly, but slowly depending on the viscosity of the liquid. You will see air bubbles come up(to the bottom of the inverted bottle) for every drop that goes in. there is a recessed area at the top that should fit the tip or the atty. hope this helps.

I use a pipette that I got from DIYFS and I also got another from Walmart in the baby section; its for giving babies medicine. I just shove that in the top, upend the bottle a bit and suck out some juice to use.
You can do as revdg says but I found at times that the juice came out too fast - it does fit well over the atty to the bridge though but not being able to see it was a problem for me.
