I have 2 of the Apollo VTube Mini's and they work great. I don't need anything over 2.5 amps as I like to vape - not weld. Vendors aren't doing any of us any favors by not specifying exactly what they are selling - can anyone say "misleading"?

The problem isn't the manufacturers, it's the vendors and us. Why call something built by a different company a version 1.5 or 2 or 3? It's a version 1 from that manufacturer. It may have a higher amp limit or some other feature, but it's not a higher version of anything. Its the 3.2 amp verson, or the 4 amp version, or the Lambo 2.5 amp version of whatever they choose to call it. Unless you can show me previous versions of the same thing by the same manufacturer, it's version 1.

So don't use 1.5ohm DCs. There are 2.5 and 3ohm DCs out there anyway. I use 2.5-3ohms and have no problem.

Funny that the same people who will say their Lavatube sucks with a 1.5ohm DC will argue all day that DC's are wonderful on their 3.4V egos.
Correct. I know this, you know this, and so do many others. But the ones that wouldn't know Ohm's Law from Marshal Law don't know this....which then stems all the complains.

When I called vaperdudes, they sad it is latest version, and that number "3.0" in name, make me believe it is newest model, and at same time only 2.5 Amh like LT ver1. Very confusing, specialy for new vapers.

"Only" 2.5 amps will let you vape up to almost 12 watts. The 3.2amp version 1.5 has a circuit that limits the wattage to 9.5 watts, but it feels like more because it uses PWM. If you don't understand what PWM is, and you don't have a love affair with 1.5ohm dual coil cartomizers, get the 2.5ohm version. It turns off when it's supposed to. Stick with 3ohms and you won't have to bother reading your resistance, and it's cheaper.
