I totally understand I am currently waiting on the arrival of my original first pick VV Reo "Blaze" and while I do have my VV Reo Coco to enjoy I'm still extremely impatient to receive Blaze. We'll get through this together Jeann :)

It was a glitch I actually got it to Paypal and the system glitched me out so I didn't get to input my password.and it was taking out of stock. So the almighty Modfather hooked a brutha up and allowed me to post bail for Blazes release and now I'm just awaiting my shipping info:laugh:

so now you have 3 ?

I'm still planning to send mine back for button replacement, but I'm curious how/why the problem seems to have disappeared on its own. (I "needed" to vape and was just using the switch and/or battery removal when I couldn't babysit the mod, but it doesn't seem to be firing by itself anymore.) This would seem to suggest that the short is somewhere internal to the switch and not the soldering to the main circuit -- does that sound plausbile? Perhaps the internal contacts on the switch have somehow been worn down enough such that it can no longer conduct electricity in the non-pressed state?

I was thinking that maybe something was just a bit too tight in mine and after using it for a while it loosened up. If that makes any sense. But mine fired off on it's own twice on the first day I used it. Happened about 1 1/2 hours after I started using it.

3 days later of heavy use and it hasn't done it again.

I think there is a good possibility that the contacts in the switch have moved/worn and everything might be fine. Monitor it for some time. Logically, if the switch is replaced, it may repeat with a new one.

But then again its not mine.

Just another dumb question from a noob :) When you buff out the Reo after using the wax can you use a paper towel or do you need a cloth rag?

Please don't use a paper towel! A old t-shirt works great! I bought a special polishing cloth. But any soft fabric will work.
