The video review will be up before the weekend is over, I PROMISE! I just got done taping it and am not happy with MY performance, the VX2 on the other hand performs like a champ!

My quick written review is this:

I LOVE IT! I has a great throat hit, it has the easiest draw in the world, there is NO need for the traditional "primer puff", it produces a TON of vapor, I got almost a full 11 hours of use from my 1st fully charged battery using what I call "puff puff pocket" (meaning I just take a few drags and it goes back into my pocket before the next fix is needed), the design is far superior to a 901 even tho they are exactly the same size, and it has me rethinking minis.

I am an e-cigar user. They are my favorite devices PERIOD, HOWEVER, this VX2 is now my 2nd favorite device and may soon tie my e-cigars. It's far better than any of my pens, 100% better than any of my 15 or so previous 901s, and dare I say... almost equal to my e-cigars.

If you are looking for a new device to replace a 901 or pen, this is it. If you are looking for your 1st device, GET THIS and save yourself all of the aggrivation of finding a good device, THIS IS IT.

I have to reshoot my video review. I just watched it and I'm not happy with my constant blabbering and it's 28 minute length LOL!

Shawn, killer product! Excellent customer service! I just wanna buy you a drink and shake your hand! LOL!

OK, I have gotten a few PMs asking me if I really got 11 hours. YES. Yes I did. I probably vape differently than alot of folks do tho. I use what I call the "puff puff pocket" method. LOL! Meaning I take a few puffs when the urge hits me, then pocket the device until the next urge happens. I no longer vape like I used to smoke. I don't vape for a 5-10 minute period at a time any more unless it's one of my e-cigars and I'm just lounging. A usual vape session for me is 2-6 puffs then put it away for 30-45 minutes.

Doing this I got 11 hours out of one of these batteries.

The confusion is from the manufacturer. I inquired with them and although they refer to it as the J118 the packaging comes marked as "J901".

I have no idea why they do this but if you want to buy 200 at a time you can get their intro special: Complete kits for $13.20/ea.

Then as part of your review 'try' and explain why some people are calling it the new 901...

In case anyone had questions about the specs of the VX2 (J118), Shawn was kind enough to mention them in one of the threads in his forum.

here is a few specs on the vx2.

Length: 118mm. Dismeter: 9.2mm

Weight of single cigarette: 15.5g.

Mouthfuls of each cartridge:180-200puffs.

equivalent to traditionals:varies upon each individual an how they use it.

Battery content: 180mAH

Normal working voltage: 3.3---4.2V

Fully charged battery can keep for: 300puffs ( 1.5 cartridges)

Charge time: 1.5-2 hours. (*Listed as 2-2.5 hours on the manafacturer's site*)

Battery life: more than 300 times.

whoooooooohey.. newbie just blowin her money if my cc info went through right.. I ordered a 510 janty dura c last week ( havent gotten it)... and 5 mintues ago the new VX2... I wanted a 901.. and when I saw your review.. I thought WTH!!! let me go for it.. so I can have at least 2 devices around at all times. Never have even tried an e-cig yet.. but prayin and hopin with all the flavors too I have ordered.. and different shiaat!!, Iam bound to find something for me.. and get of the ciggys..
