Mine just shipped and i had the 10-15 day lead time so looks like they are putting them out faster. Mine shipped in 5 days.
Out of curiosity, what did you order? I have the same lead time you had. Keeps me hopeful mine will ship soon!
I'm Order# 17953 but listen (or read) to this.....Yesterday I checked my account with Provape and it said "Processing". Today I go to check my account and instead of "Processing" it shows I ordered nothing at all! I sent an e-mail off and they responded with "the order was canceled for some reason". Then without getting a chance to reply they sent me an email saying "Don't panic but it was shipped on the 15th".
Go figure, I haven't received it yet and have no tracking number. I already sent a response back asking for one and am waiting.
Ordered a Satin Black V2 w/blue led and 18450 batteries with a case.

What we are going to do is issue a credit back to your account tonight for this order. Then, if you would like to place a new order, please email me the order number and I will personally put it in the front of the line so we can get it to you sooner.
Again, I’m very sorry about this mix up and we really want to make this right for you.

Sounds like an honest mistake and they are doing their best to remedy the situation. Why not just order again and send the email with the number ? I don't follow how you would be getting screwed ?
By the time I get credit back to my account it will be friday, not tomarrow due to the banking system. I'll place the order late Friday after I get home from work and it won't be shipped out then. Which means Monday maybe. The V2's are starting to ship for those who ordered batteries because they just received them in stock. I was one who did order batteries.
I'll willing to bet mine will ship well after those who were after my order #. Cecilia sounds like she is trying to help but I my wait time will increase.
I will order another one but I don't have the $ for it right now. Plus I wouldn't feel comfortable paying for another one when I don't even have a refund from the first yet. As of now I see it as if they messed my first order up, there is a chance they could mess a refund up.
I don't have loads of dispensable cash.

so I got 2 emails yesterday saying my order was shipped and got 2 tracking#'s. dont know why there would be 2. I checked the tracking on the one order and it says its out for delivery... In Seattle??? I'm in So Cal!! the other one is also somewhere in washington too estimated delivery for tomorrow. I'm glad I bought a black v2 at ecig city a coulple weeks ago. cause it sounds like this isn't going good...

Sounds like they are just overloaded right now. I just need to be patient. But I do hope my shipping goes through smoothly.... Whenever it does ship....
I sent Provape an email right before my last post and they already responded and they dont know why I got both tracking #s. But she did check the shipping log and my package is on the way to me. Very courteous and QUICK response. Props to ProVape cs. I was minutes away from a panic attack...
I know right! Thats exactly what I was thinking till tracking said it was "out for delivery" in Seattle..
You are right, they are quick with a response and are courteous.
I think they just got caught in thier birthday suit.
Now THAT I can understand..lol.. Its a ..... I know.. But looks like you will be a priority once the credit goes through. Ask if they will next day it... They may do that for you too.... Good luck !!

No No No.... back away from the lung darts! I hear ya man.... I'm dart free 3 1/2 weeks now.... feelin' fine too! When in doubt or a time of great stress... Just think to yourself where all that money you're spending on a pack of smokes is going to (and how much tax nonsense is involved), how lousy you're gonna feel after that 3-4 minute "illusion of pleasure" and breaking your dart free stride.
I hear you when equipment malfunctions, or orders delayed or lost, or you receive a non functioning item... Keeps you up to date - making sure that you have all you juices, attys, carts, batteries and such all within your reach ahead of time - all the time.
I keep a stack of decent disposables on hand - just.... in ... case.... things don't go as planned... as they usually don't!
Just a thought man....
