I sent my Joytech 510 CC in April back to Gotvapes for repair or a new on as the one I recieved did not take a charge. I still have not received any word on when it will be repaired, replaced or if I can get a refund. Has anyone else had this issue. I shop GotVapes and I like their products, I am just baffled as to why its taken so long to resolve. The ticket was opened in April, three months waiting.
