WALK AROUND usb pass thru and Enercell® Portable Power Bank

Want to "build" / purchase a battery pack w 5v output to power usb pass throughs. Got 3/4 passthrus at home and vape them instead my mods. Find I love the 5 v vape. Want to be able to walk around with one.Looking at "Enercell® Portable Power Bank" from rat shack. Any body out there heard of such a thing??

.....those packs only produce 1000 mA; always check the specs before modding something.

Why a passthru; just build a 5v mod.

Tried that. Got Madvapes kit. Don't know what i did wrong but thing works for a minute and then just doesn't. Besides there is a heat issue. Gets REEEL hot.These passthrus don't and they are .... simple to make.
Enercell specs at rat shack show "Output voltage 5.0 +/- 0.25V, output current 1000mA (max), with a capacity of 1350mAh"
Ought to be enough juice ya think??
