I'm not sure I would recommend buying Any sweetener from Walmart?

Because Many/Most sweeteners you buy from a Store like that have Bunking Agents and Fillers in them to make the Amount you use similar to Table Sugar.

You might have better luck at a health food store

Look for Now brand, Better Stevia Glycerite.
Its pg, stevia extract and de-ionized water.
Use it sparingly, like 1-2 drops per 10ml to see where that gets you.
Oh, and its was expensive, my 2oz. bottle was $8.99
(Bought before full blown diy, just to sweeten a b&m house juice I liked but wanted it just a little sweeter)
