I don't remember how many posts you need to have before you can PM. I think it may be 15. Then, you need to wait an hour+ for the system to catch up.
Just start replying to people in this thread and others to get your post count up
edit: I think you only need to have 5 posts to reply to a thread in the Classifieds. If you reply, maybe you'll have a decent shot at it.

And if you spammed for post count, a mod will be deleting any of those, so hopefully you posted real content. I checked and your posts look ok.
And make sure you are logged in when you try to PM the guy - until you are a full member the forum tends to forget "Keep me logged in" and logs you out frequently. I would PM first then post "Sending you a PM" in the thread
