Welcome to the board,

Sorry, I can't help you with your cart question because I am unfamiliar with the SE. I'm sure somebody will chime in to help you out with that.

I can help you out with your e-liquid question though. Most DIYers buy a high nic liquid, 36mg or 48mg, some PG or VG or both and some flavorings and cut it to the nic level that works for them. There is a DIY section in this forum that will address all of your questions. A little searching and alot of reading will net you the results you're looking for.

This invaluable calculator will help you with the mixing of ingredients...

You can also buy the liquid pre-made but it isn't cost effective.

gotta mix to get the strength down.

No, you can buy lower strength juice(6mg, 12mg, 18mg, etc.) and there is no need to mix at all. It's just that people who blend their own smoke juice buy the higher strength stuff and cut it with PG or VG and then add their own flavorings to it.

I'm new too what's pg and vg? Which is better to use and why? Where do you get these extra flavorings to add to the pg, vg, and juice?

PG = Propylene Glycol
Propylene Glycol USP - Propylene Glycol - Bulk - Wholesale

VG = Vegetable Glycerin
Glycerin, Vegetable (Kosher USP) - Bulk - Wholesale
I use the NOW brand that can be obtained from a health food store. Others have gotten it at Michaels or Hobby Lobby (arts and crafts).

Just make sure that it says USP on them.

Some use VG because they have allergic reactions to PG. VG is much thicker and has a sweetness to it and produces much more vapor than PG.

As for flavorings, Lorann or Bickford.
LorAnn Oils Gourmet Flavoring .125oz.
Bickford Flavors

You can also check E-Bay for some good deals.

Hope this helps.
