My first e-cig was a chinese e-go knock off that broke it 1 day. Few days later I went with the local volcano e cig company and the first batt I had died out after 6mos., but I bought 2 more and its been a year now and they still work, and been using their hardware ever since.

About a month ago I bought their new TUBE tank BCT SYSTEM INFERNO Tube Tank BCT System,
and while the product reviews were good on the product page, the other forum page I think i found today had a lot of
disappointed customers.

When I first used it, it was great, the flavor was ultra strong, and it lasted, not like those crap cartos i been replacing all the time that I been buying from them. After a few weeks it would stop connecting/screwing onto my battery, and I have 3 of them. When I took it back today they said no warranty and gave me a ton of excuses as to why it wont, when in fact it is a faulty product. They said my batteries are too old (1 year) yet they are pushing the exact same batteries now. Their sales rep or the site never mentioned about this compatibility. BS is what i think.

Anyway I like the system they are using, and if it wasnt faulty and they didnt give me the run around id use it. It doesnt use cartos or wicks, just a heating coil. Im looking for a different company that sells something similar on the market and is a good brand.

any suggestions? thanks.

Batteries die, a year on an ego is a good run.

Cartos die, a week on a carto is a good run.

They don't do warranties for this reason, people come in with old batteries and dead cartos and want refunds. This would make them give back all their money. I toss all my cartos when they die, and my egos last about 6 months.

Edit: sorry you're not using cartos, you're using clearos.

Did you replace the atty? Is it disposable?

Before you go tossing everything you have, since you say that the tank is no longer firing, it might be that the center post of the battery has been pushed down. Just grab a toothpick or jeweler's screwdriver or anything else similar and shimmy the center post up a little so that it makes contact with the center post of the tank. This is a very common problem with a simple solution.

Here is a video that demonstrates how to do this:

Any bottom coil clearomizer system would work for you. Check out the Kanger line, which includes the EVOD, Protank, Protank Mini, Unitank, Aerotank, T3s, and MT3s. There are also other options, such as the Smoktech ARO or VapeOnly BCC.

one of those kangers has a similar system, will check the other ones out soon ty. maybe i might be able to salvage that first battery that died wouldnt work also. It still lit up and everything, just it wouldnt vape. ty

I hope you caught my earlier post with the video. That should solve your problem.

i did but with no sound on.

So im basically looking for a bottom coil clearomizer like the one i bought from volcano, but if I just buy the clearomizer and from a different company it wont fit my battery right? ill have to get a batt from the company that made the clearomizer?

Like this;

Kanger Unitank Mini Top Fill Bottom Coil Clearomizer Extra Coils Available | eBay

Would need a kanger batt?

No. The Volcano Inferno batteries have a 510 connector, as does the Kanger Unitank Mini, so they are compatible with each other. There is no need to get a new battery.

I would try the fix first before buying anything new, though.
