I think I've decided to go with a Provari after reading the manual, looks super cool. Hi Kay -- thanks for the link. I see that one comes with "cartomizers" rather than a separate atomizer and cartridge. In the manual, it shows them as separate. Is there an advantage or disadvantage to this?

Since you seem interested in VV and cost doesn't seem to be a problem, I'll list the two I use everyday and love very much:

Apollo VTube

ProVari V2

The VTube comes in a kit, no way to customize and the ProVari you will have to customize (charger, battery, etc.)

I would recommend the 6ml tank from Provape and the 3ohm single coil predrilled smok tech cartomizers with the flange on the bottom to go in the tank. The cartomizers I speak of cost half as much from here than from Provape ]if you buy 5 or more. This set up is perfect on the Provari in my opinion.

Hi Dana: I would really love your help to get this all figured out. I'm in for a Provari V2.

Should I get this kit: ProVari Variable Voltage Electronic Cigarette or is it better to buy a stand along one and get batteries and charger elsewhere? I can't tell if that charger is a good one or not (it doesn't seem to be the brand recommended in battery help page - Pila).

Then I'll get this cartomizer that you recommend: 510 DCT Cartomizer Tank

What else will I need? Besides Juice, I'll get to that when everything else is figured out.

I think you will find that Super-T manufacturing will have the lowest prices for AW brand batteries, especially IMR. I buy all my batts through this Guy and he is a certified AW dealer.

I would look into and shipping is fast as well. Hope this helps

Grrr... The cartomizers are out of stock right now at elite. I am just trying to make it so you won't have to pay shipping at to many places. Back to the drawing board LOL. How soon are you looking to order all of this?

Well, now that I'm into it, and impatient, asap. But in reality -- there is no rush.

OK Here is the charger I have. I love it because of the 4 bays and it has a lid to keep out the dust. and here are the batteries. This will get the charger and batteries from the same place. If you want the Pila the same site also has it. I prefer more than 2 bays on a charger whenever possible so I can charge more batteries at one time less often. Then I will see if Provape has the cartomizers in stock and you can Just order a few from them untill another cheaper place gets them in stock again. I will make another post with a list from provape. Sorry I am not a computer wiz but I really do want to help LOL

From Provape you will need
The Provari in the color you choose
The 18650 extension cap for the Provari
The 6 ml tank
Two 3 ohm cartomizers

From RTD Vapor you will need
The charger of your choice
3 AW brand 18650 IMR 2000 mah batteries
You may also want a plastic case to carry your batteries in for 1.35 I think.

Then I would watch SmokTek.com and Elite Vaporworks . com for more prepunched cartos for your tank at a much lower cost than at Provape.

Just have to point out that if you get the 18650 batteries you will also need the extension cap for the ProVari as the standard setup only accepts 18490/18500 batteries.

Yes because the tank comes with a dual Coil carto. I think most people like the single coil version so I had you order a few to try out. But yes they are 2 different items.

I have thought about the mini but for me I am unsure about the shorter battery life but if you don't care about that and want something smaller it would be great for you. The mini does everything that the standard Provari does but just in a smaller package therefore with a smaller battery which means more frequent battery changes.

What is the different b/w single and double coil? I feel that getting a "Cartomizer" rather than separate cartridge and atomizer will be easier for me (at least at first). Do you suggest I get the aforementioned dual coil and maybe this single coil cartimizer? 510 DCT Cartomizer Tank
