Thank you everyone for your well wishes! It is greatly appreciated!

Here is an UPDATE- We are doing Ok- getting by and getting things in order like sec8 and FS and such. Our flavor sampler from the vapor room came in today. I had ordered it xmas eve so I didn't know he was getting laid off or I wouldnt have. Anyways, so we have a little bit to get us by for now.

My hubby still hasn't received his last pay check from work. Apparently it happened to around 300 people or so who worked for the company. The National Labor Board does have a case against the company, but I don't know how long that is going to take. I say that because we found out the company has filed for ch13 bankruptcy.

So, I will post how things are going here. Luckily my mom got my sis a kit for late xmas and she is ordering sampler packs- so if I need too I may be able to snag some off of her- idk she doesn't have much $$ either.

Thanks again for the offers of help :) If I get backed against the wall I may use them, but only if I am desperate :) like I have said before- I do not want to take advantage of all your kindness!

If my internet gets disconnected- I can go to mom's or sis's and use their puters if I need too :)

Thanks again! Luv to you all!

If Lulu is uncomfortable to give out her number and addy, I have a niece close to you you may use as a lifeline to us in case of internet loss. I have been there, as we all have. There is no shame in falling on hard times. There is a shame in being too prideful to reach out for help. I have suggestions
1. look into social service agencies and churches that provide financial help
2. Check into food stamps program, you are at the very least eligible for this month and perhaps longer
3. Check your local food banks, they are usually posted online and there should be several in your area
4. PM me for a phone number, addy and give me yours so I can be sure you have what you need, please tell us your preferred e-liquid flavors.....mints, tobaccos, sweets, bakery, fruits and let us all know how many attys/cartos you have and how many batteries. Those experienced here will determine what your needs may be.
Keep your head up and one step/day at a time
Hugs
Bonnie

Thanks Bonnie- We were already on the sec8, F/S (not much but a little) and medicaid and such. I am just waiting to hear about the adjustments. Most probably won't go into affect till Feb. However sec8 saved our butts bill wise with the change going into effect this month due to the emergency- so I will be able to pay a couple bills and maybe keep the collectors at bay till his unemployment kicks in OR, if we are lucky, the NLB gets them to pay him what is owed in pay (but im not holding my breath on that one).

With equipment we have 4- 510 batts and 1 trio batt that works with our attys. We have 4 attys and 10 carts. We also have 1 passthru that I use consistently here at home. We try to clean our attys often to try and make them last as long as possible.

Juices- we don't have to much of a preference since we haven't tried a ton- pineapple and a caramel cream were hits with us- those were the first 2 flavs that we went through the fastest- lol. Those were a constant in our carts when we had them. Not real huge on tobaccos- but sum1 had sent us a little bit of Wyatt Earp and Virginia Sweetness that we liked. I guess you can say fruity and sweet is what we like so far. He seems to pick a flavor and stick with it till it is gone, where as I like to change it up. I do like minty stuff too. Nic lvls vary, but we are more the med-high nic lvls- 18,24,26 seems to be what we prefer- but are not picky as long as it has some nic.
