Want to try and set up a new vape meeting place?

Hello all,
I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this, but it is a starting point. I want to try and set up a new meeting place for people who want to get together and vape. What is the best way to go about this? I already have a place in mind, and it has been cleared with the owner. So, I thought ECF was a good place to start and ask for help.
