Pure nic (99.9%) is poisonous.
Nic base for DIY mixing is usually no higher than 100mg/ml (10%) in concentration, should still be handled with caution.
Most juice is not higher than 36mg/ml (3.6%).

Dekang have a range of PEG liquids too but not many suppliers stock it. This one in the UK has a few flavours - PEG Based - Items - www.vapourworld.co.uk
One thing I would say is try a small order first. I didn't like PEG. For me it started off OK, but within a short time of using it in the same atty, the taste went vile and the flavour is difficult to get out of the atomizer. Starting a new atty cured it but it wasn't long before the taste returned. Not everyone reports that so it could be that I'm tasting something that not everyone does, but it was enough to stop me from ever buying it again. If you go with the TW stuff it's easy to add flavour to it. They have a range of DIY flavours as do many other companies.
"What's wrong with pure nic?" - undiluted it's as poisonous as cyanide, absorbs through the skin and needs specialised lab equipment and training to be used safely. Don't touch it with a bargepole..
