Why don't you give ego mega dual coils a try ? I love the throathit .. Did have some boge LR cartos on my 510 and honestly they are sitting in the package ... Now using only my ego-t XL and those ego mega dual coils. They are big, can hold alot of liquid
Any idea on longevity of those? I did look into them, and I'd buy them if they last considerably longer than single coil.

Like I said, I have a small budget. So if I buy a 1 item thing for over $8, it better last a month or more (even if I need to clean it. I don't care about cleaning it).
One of the reasons why I'm considering the micromizers or retrying the fluxos.
badkolo: What is the wick system for the micromizers? Are they just a ce2 wick system but upside down?
And are they at all able to be cleaned? Doesn't look like it could be cleaned easily (or as easily as the ce2's).
Also: any idea on longevity?

He probably has an IDEA od longevity on HIS use, but that is NOT standard population use. The only way to know with that is to wait and see how the public reports in, IYSWIM.

your like me. agree completely, the only way you are going to make those last like you want is to use non sweet juice, otherwise they will just gunk up very quickly.

...Size is not as much of an issue. Sure it's great. But I'd probably buy a tank for at home and use a more normal looking carto when I'm out and about--why I'm thinking of the micro and stardust. The stone just looks like a simple system that works. I don't think that the Grande 4 wicking system offers anything fantastical, compared to the stone's thicker coil. It looks like more of a gimmick to me.

It's absolutely not a gimmick. They wick fantastically well, better than anything I've ever tried. And the amount of vapor is amazing.

It's hard to comment on longevity as of yet, but mine haven't died yet, so more than a couple of weeks. Assuming you don't punch the center pole out the bottom. :)

I know that the tubes are unbreakable now, but how is the performance compared to the gen 1s? More vapor, better wicking, longevity, etc?

They last forever, seriously. Mine have all lasted over a month. In fact, they never burned out on me, I break them sometimes when I clean them, I am impatient and not all that careful.

Wicking-wise, I can't tell you. Never used V1 much - I didn't want to deal with cracking tubes. All I can tell you is that after modding the XLs rarely give dry hits for the first half of the tank, and if you tilt for the second half, it's quite decent. Not as good as Visions though.

How does the Extreme measure up to fluxomizers? It appears to be the same system, with maybe fatter wicks (based on the description).

Like Erin said, the innards are not quite the same. The seals are quite different, and it makes a big difference to wicking.

Wicking is considerably better. No dry hits for me at all for Regs, Stretches and Nanos. All the way to the bottom. Longevity is probably a couple of weeks? I'm not a good reference for that, mine have been in rotation for over a month with no burnouts, but I have, like, six of them in rotation. I like to use several juices at the same time.

For the Stardust, they seem to be very well built, so I expect the longevity on those would be quite good. The ones I have have lasted over a month now with no sign of slowing down. But if you are using sweet juices, you have to clean those shorty wicks really well. Peroxide is good, right, Erin? :) And, too, it seems that you can rebuild the coil and the wicks without too much trouble - there is a great video someplace around here.

I have visions that have been in regular rotation for like three months. And if add the vision mini as vaping to the bottom no problem, not even tilting.

And yeah :D peroxide soaks are GREAT for cleaning wicks, lol.
