Why do stores and this one company not help with defective merchandise?
Hi and welcome,
The Easy answer: They are Evil.

The real answer requires you mention the Store and Company by name and provide just a little explanation of your situation.

Cheers

Reasons stores and vendors don't honor warranties:
1) the equipment is out of warranty
2) There is too much evidence of a user trying to "fix" the problem (e.g. if they have poked around in the mod guts and etc.
3) User error has caused the mod to fail, and it's visible (e.g., tanks overtightened or screwed together to tightly, leaking down through the mod and or other evidence of improper use
4) They suck as a company as far as warranties or customers service (sadly, a new vaper, and I went through the process with ONE vendor, whose Terms of Service I would have found completely unacceptable, HAD I READ THEM, so I consider the fault my own, although I will never patronize that company again, either.)
5) The warranty period is from date of purchase, but your mod takes a month to arrive to your location and it eats into the warranty.

HOWEVER: I think you have a more specific question than that. What did you try to warranty and how did it fail? As, you'd probably want to know why your warranties are "sucking" and it could be from any (and more than one) of the above reasons. There are probably also other reasons that I am an unaware of.

I'd guess that the issue and/or damage is not covered. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome and glad you joined.
The information below pretty much says it all.

Well the store is Supernova and the company is Aspire. I bought the aspire 30
For my girlfriend cause like me we're just starting to vape and money is tight.anyway the I was putting my Baby beast tank on for the first time when I got home and was screwing to tighten it up it would stop turning and the mod said"check atomizer. I took it back to the store and got the story all sales are final and they don't give exchange. With that I ask about the warranty they supposedly went to check it online and came and said that I have go online and fill out the form and pay $10 processing to the company. ...... I went and emailed the company and got a response of they don't manufacturer or sell this model anymore so they won't honor or help me.

Sorry to hear of your issues.
The NX30 has a minimum resistance of .2Ω. Which coil did you have in the baby beast?
Does the NX work with the tank that came with the kit?
What other toppers/tanks did you or the store try to confirm operation/malfunction?

Cheers
