Why do people think the provari has a transferable warranty? The provape website says that it is not transferable.

Why do people think the provari has a transferable warranty? The provape website says that it is not transferable.

There is a thread in the Provape subforum where someone called CS, and they were told that the warranty would be honored, as long as the buyer knows the original transaction number attached to it.
