#Philadelphia City Council will be hearing Two #vaping related ordinances this week (Thursday, 3/13). Although one should be a simple ban on sales to minors, it is poorly written as it mischaracterizes vaporizers as “electronic smoking devices” and “unauthorized nicotine delivery devices”. The other ordinance is an indoor vape ban.


Let’s reach out to Philly City Councilmembers and help them understand the errors of their language and ways.
