what is the optimum wattage to bring out the flavor of halo juice i should use on a 1.2ish ohm aga-t2?

that is such a specific question, for certain juices taste better at specific watts. for that juice i really cant say but 4 volts might do it/ 13 watts.
the halos tend to be very thin I've notices. I have never been able to run one over 4volts without getting a slightly burnt taste on any device of mine. since it is a low ohm setup I would suggest even lower than 4 volts since it will be getting hotter than with a more standard ohm setup.
